FutureSoftware (“we”, “us”, “our”) built SlideDay as a media management application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR PRIVACY We believe your personal data belongs to you. SlideDay is designed with privacy as a priority. We do not directly collect, store, or transmit your personal information to our servers. However, third-party services integrated into the app (such as advertising networks and billing services) may collect certain information as described below.

WHAT DATA WE DO NOT DIRECTLY COLLECT SlideDay itself does not collect: • Your photos, videos, or other media files • Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number) • Location data • Contacts or calendar information • Browsing history or app usage patterns

Your media files are processed entirely on your device and never leave it.

DATA COLLECTED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES SlideDay integrates third-party services that may collect data as part of providing their services, either for app functionality or their own operational purposes. This data may include: • Advertising identifiers and device identifiers • General device information (model, OS version, screen size) • Approximate location (if permitted by your device settings) • Ad interaction and performance data • Purchase and subscription information (processed by Google Play)

This collection is necessary to provide advertising, in-app purchases, and app stability features. The data is collected and processed according to the privacy policies of each respective service.

HOW THE APP WORKS SlideDay accesses your device’s media storage solely to display and help you organize your photos and videos. This access is: • Access limited to displaying and organizing media content • Local to your device • Never transmitted externally • Not stored or cached by us

ADVERTISING SlideDay displays advertisements to support the free version of the app. These ads are provided by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob).

You can limit ad tracking through your device’s privacy settings. SlideDay Pro users enjoy an ad-free experience.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES SlideDay uses the following third-party services: • Google AdMob for advertising (free version only) • Google Play Services for app distribution and in-app purchases • Google Play Billing for subscription management • Crash reporting tools to improve app stability

These services have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle data. We encourage you to review those policies. Some services may operate outside your country and process data on servers in other regions.

DATA SECURITY SlideDay does not maintain its own servers or databases for user data. Your media files remain safely on your device under your control. Data collected by third-party services is secured according to their respective security practices.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY SlideDay is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The app is designed for a general audience aged 13 and above. If you believe a child has somehow provided information through the app, please contact us.

YOUR CHOICES • Permissions: You can revoke media access permissions at any time through your device settings • Ad Tracking: Use your device’s privacy settings to limit ad personalization • Ad-Free: Upgrade to SlideDay Pro to remove all advertisements and associated data collection • Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all app-related data from your device

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be reflected in the app, and the effective date will be updated. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
